Exchange Policy

Hreem Jewels offers exchanges and repair services under the following terms for products purchased from www.hreemjewels.com.

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

If the wrong jewellery item is delivered

If there is a size issue for Rings or Bangles only
(Other categories are not eligible for size-related exchange)

If a product arrives with a missing pair
(e.g., one earring missing)

Important Notes:

Items not meeting the above points are not eligible for exchange.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Hreem Jewels reserves the right to review and approve/disapprove the exchange request.
